You will learn to roll the Vietnamese paper rolls mix well with prawn, pork, rice vermicelli and herbs to make the delicious street food which is very popular in Vietnam.
Lemongrass is one of the important ingredients in the Vietnamese cuisine. You will learn to how to cook lemongrass pork and serve with fried spring roll and noodles salad.

Time: 10:30am to 1:30pm
Location: Noble Park Community Centre or Jean’s private kitchen (near by). We will notified you a week before the closing date (it depends on the number of the participants in the class to hold the venue). Please contact us if you have any questions.
Fee: $200/person in group cooking class
from $250/person in private group (min two persons in a private group)
