You will learn to make the pork patties and how to mix well with rice vermicelli and herbs to make the delicious salad which is very popular in Vietnam.
Lemongrass is one of the important ingredients in the Vietnamese cuisine. You will learn to use it to stir-fry with chicken and chilli.
